Healthcare Workforce Partnership
In keeping with Palm Healthcare Foundation's mission to strengthen nursing and other health professions, we formed the Healthcare Workforce Partnership (HWP) in 2001. The HWP is an interdisciplinary collaboration that brings together leaders from the healthcare, education, business, social services and government sectors to effect positive change and serve as a resource for addressing healthcare workforce issues facing our community.

Mission Statement
The Healthcare Workforce Partnership serves as a resource to the South Florida region to ensure an adequate supply of highly educated and trained healthcare practitioners and faculty, and to foster innovation in the study and practice of nursing and other healthcare professions.

Philosophy
As an interdisciplinary collaboration, the Healthcare Workforce Partnership works to promote and strengthen the health professions for generations to come. It accomplishes its work through research, education, community and youth outreach, resource development and public advocacy.
