Palm Healthcare Foundation, Inc. welcomes Chief Clarence Daryl Williams, III to its Board of Trustees. Chief Williams' law enforcement career spans over 40 years, which includes his current position as the Chief of the Riviera Beach Police Department. Among his professional affiliations, Chief Williams is a past president of the Palm Beach County Association of Chiefs of Police. He is also recognized by law enforcement organizations across the country for his ingenuity and strong leadership skills.
In 2015, Chief Williams was honored with the title "2015 ASIS Chief of the Year" - ASIS International is the leading organization for security professionals worldwide. Chief Williams is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati School of Arts and Sciences, where he earned a dual B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science, as well as an A.S. degree in Police Science. Chief Williams also earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
Chief Williams' passion for mentoring young people landed him the position as President and CEO of the Citizen's Committee on Youth (CCY), an on-loan assignment while with the Cincinnati Police Department.
Chief Williams is passionate about helping others and believes that because he has been richly blessed, he should give back to the community. He is married to his soulmate, Attorney Ethel Isaacs-Williams.
