Palm Healthcare Foundation is located in the heart of West Palm Beach, Florida. The offices are located at 1016 North Dixie Highway, just south of Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, situated two blocks south of Good Samaritan Medical Center.
From I-95 North, exit at Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. Travel east to Dixie Highway. Turn right (south) on Dixie Highway. The facility is a two story tan building with green and tan trim. Ample parking is available on the north side of the building or in the gated parking lot across the street.
From I-95 South, exit at Okeechobee Blvd. Travel east to Olive Avenue. Turn left on Olive Avenue (north) and travel about two miles to 10th Street. (You will cross Clematis Street, Banyan Avenue, and Quadrille Boulevard.) Turn left on 10th Street. The building is on the left at the corner of 10th Street and North Dixie Highway. The building is a two story tan building with green and tan trim. Ample parking is available on the north side of the building or in the gated parking lot across the street.
