Palm Healthcare Foundation Inc. recently welcomed Mark B. Elhilow, CPA/PFS to its Board of Trustees.
Elhilow has been actively engaged in the practice of investment management, family office, estate planning and public accounting for more than 25 years. Elhilow is a co-founder and the managing principal of Blue Ocean Capital, an investment management and multi-family office boutique with more than $450 million of client assets under management.
He is also a managing member of Elhilow, Smith and Company, a certified public accounting firm in West Palm Beach. Both companies provide investment management, family office and tax planning to individuals, their families and affiliated businesses. Prior to his roles with these two companies, Elhilow was principal for Nowlen, Holt & Miner, P.A.

A strong advocate of his community, Elhilow has served in several capacities to support and develop his hometown. They include being director and co-chair of membership services for the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, Inc.; chairman of the Board for the Historical Society of Palm Beach County; chairman of the Board for the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, Inc.; member of the Florida Bar 15th Judicial Grievance Committee; and director and co-chair of investments for Kiwanis Club of West Palm Beach Foundation.
Elhilow is a graduate of Florida State University and resides with his wife, Susan, and their two children in West Palm Beach. Elhilow’s family roots in Palm Beach County and West Palm Beach date back nearly 100 years.
